Service overview

Hydraulic presses deliver high, controlled force for straightening, forming, bearing fitting and assembly work. Uni-Tech supplies presses and also rebuilds existing press hydraulics including cylinder, power pack and control valves.

On the service side we take up installation, breakdown repair, planned maintenance and complete refurbishment for hydraulic press. Work is carried out in our George Town workshop where facilities allow, and at your premises where the equipment cannot be moved.

• Dismantling, cleaning and component inspection
• Machining, honing and rod reconditioning as required
• Replacement of seals, bushes and worn parts
• Reassembly, pressure testing and performance check
• Installation, commissioning and handover

Repair scope and cost are confirmed only after inspection. We advise replacement instead of repair whenever that is the better option for you.
