Service overview

Sealing decides whether a cylinder holds pressure or leaks. Uni-Tech supplies individual seals and complete cylinder seal kits in nitrile, polyurethane and PTFE based materials to suit pressure, temperature and fluid.

On the service side we take up installation, breakdown repair, planned maintenance and complete refurbishment for hydraulic seals. Work is carried out in our George Town workshop where facilities allow, and at your premises where the equipment cannot be moved.

• Dismantling, cleaning and component inspection
• Machining, honing and rod reconditioning as required
• Replacement of seals, bushes and worn parts
• Reassembly, pressure testing and performance check
• Installation, commissioning and handover

Repair scope and cost are confirmed only after inspection. We advise replacement instead of repair whenever that is the better option for you.
